CleanStreet utilizes advanced vehicle tracking equipment, which assists in providing excellent service. On-board GPS (Global Positioning Satellite) based units are mounted in our equipment. Information is relayed from the vehicles to satellites where information gathered and then transmitted back to the vehicle where the information is recorded. The information derived can offer such insights as vehicle speed, distance traveled and the duration of a stopped or idling vehicle. These systems have the ability to be engineered to retrieve data from sweeper-specific functions such as gutter broom opertation. The reports that are generated by these GPS systems gives CleanStreet the information to pinpoint exact locations serviced and provide a wealth of information to better serve the customer.
